Lovely hotel, lovely suite, friendly staff. Room was clean, room 402. Very spacious, but temperature was a little difficult to regulate. Bathroom also very cold, but it was a lovely room and we would most definitely stay agan.

I loved this hotel and felt very special. The only thing I would look to improve would be the bathrooms. Whilst I understand the need to keep the regency suite as a 60 year old I found it a little unsafe getting in and out of the bath to have a shower without a bath mat or firm footing beneath me.

Fantastic stay

From booking to leaving the whole experience has been amazing.we had a very pleasant greeting and our room was upgraded. The room was on the first floor , very pleasant room with settee seperate bathroom , tea coffee facilities and robe with slippers. We used the spa and the breakfast was included i had porridge and toast with ample tea. My husband upgraded to an omlette which was tasty. Fantastic service and we were made to feel special.
