The room was ok, very clean, bed was a little hard, couch was very uncomfortable. I didn’t realize WiFi was free for only one device, you had to pay to use it on extra devices. Deal breaker for me!

Stayed on first floor with our dog. Floor was sticky. Otherwise seemed clean. No WiFi instructions given upon checkin or in room, only card keys.

Service great but amenities were lacking.

Staff was amazing. The amenities were lacking and too many things were broken and/or out of order. For the nightly cost I would excpect things like the coffee maker in the room and the shades to work, both were broken in my room. The coffee in the lobby was also out of order. A continental breakfast would have been nice and is normally common. Rooms have no lotion or hair conditioner, just 1 very small shampoo.

They were very booked when we were there & it took a bit of time to get into our room. It was actually after 3 before we were able to check in. I also think the cleaning crew was rushing to get rooms ready as our tub was very dingy & there was a MT Dew sitting on the counter.

The room was fine and clean. The lights turned on all night randomly and we couldn’t get them off. The window was so bright early in the morning and didn’t block any light.

Worse beds ever!

The hotel was new and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful BUT THE BED WAS AWFUL! we travel a lot and that is honestly the worse bed we have ever stayed on! Hard as concrete and honestly considered going to sleep in our car because even those seats would have been more comfortable! Definitely not worth $287 a night!
