It is only through feedback such as yours that we are improving upon wherever necessary the services that we provide to our valued guests. I was very disappointed while taking note of your experience with us. Whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, I do extend it with all sincerity. I'm sorry to learn that the service weren't up to the standard you've come to expect from us. I have personally addressed this with our management to ensure this won't happen again. This is certainly not acceptable.
