Very bad experience

I checked in and checked out at the same day, as the hotel was not clean and toilet/taps are broken. I request the full refund from Expedia now, needs to wait for 10 working days, hopefully the things could be resolved smoothly by Expedia. The staff at the hotel is kind, but speak little English, very difficult to communicate. Do not recommend this hotel to any traveler.
