Closed to the night bizarre market. However, too much noise outside and the water was not working properly. Half of the staff were too lazy to offer help when check-in.

Overall ok, got a free welcome drink on arrival. Bit loud at night due to markets. Basic room but expected for the price paid. Buffet breakfast ok.

Bad staff

The location is good. Place is dated. We booked via hotels.com which included WiFi and breakfast. The staff are very rude and disinterested; can’t believe a customer would interrupt their phone time!!!!!!! We were only given the WiFi code after asking for it, and wasn’t told that breakfast was in the other hotel till asked; completely unhelpful. Thank god we only stayed 1 night... wouldn’t stay again.

Plain but good value.

There are 2 buildings at this no frills hotel. Rooms were comfortable but nothing special, however for the price, good value. Location is excellent, v near anusarn night market. Ok breakfast as included. I would recommend as a budget hotel.

location is very close to night market area. wifi worked well. breakfast was ok. no frills but all worked well. many tour groups passing through this hotel. would stay at this hotel again if I wanted to be in this area of Chiang Mai.

Great location, what I expected for the price

Hotel was fine, a bit dated and bathroom could have been cleaner but as I expected for the price. My window faced the caberet so was a bit noisey until it finished about 11pm, but not all rooms face that direction. Location is great, close to the night markets. Wifi is pretty slow

値段がとても安く、事前のコメントなどから少し不安でしたが、部屋はフローリングの床で古いながらも全然大丈夫でしょ、って感じ。洗濯物干せるベランダもありました。場所がナイトバザール横なので、夜はウルサイケド場所はいいのでは？朝食も無料だし有り難い。今回はコムローイ参加のためここしか取れなかったけど、なかなかよかったです。高くてもっと良いホテルはあると思われますが、値段が安い。

空港でタクシーを頼む際に「ピープルプレイス」だけでわかってもらえた。 朝食が６時半からと遅く、ゴルフ旅行の私は一度も食べることができなかった。 洗濯屋がセブンの横にあり翌日の昼までには仕上げてくれる。 徒歩圏内にマッサージ、スーパー、ナイトバザールがあり便利。 値段相応のホテルである。

ナイトバザールに近くて便利

設備は、新しくないですが、清潔感があって快適でした。 隣のピープルプレイスホテル2が新しく、朝食はそこへ移動してバイキング形式でした。春節で中国語が多く飛び交う中、このホテルは西洋の雰囲気があるせいか、中国人は少なく欧米人を多く見かけ、落ち着いた感じでした。
