This is truly a five star resort. The rooms and every part of the resort are spotless and the staff goes out of their way to handle every request and follows through on everything. Good breakfast in the morning. The surrounding area does not have a great deal of business but if you are OK with that you will absolutely love this resort.

Great stay

We booked the Mora based on previous good reviews, and weren’t disappointed. We had a large balcony room, overlooking the pool area, which was tastefully decorated to match the rest of the hotel decor. The wardrobe in the bathroom was a bit odd but didn’t cause any issues. The hotel is well located very close to the Saturday night market and about 15 minutes from the clock tower light display a regular night market. The staff were super helpful and breakfast was great. We don’t normally eat in hotel restaurants but we thought we’d try the roof top restaurant on our first night as we hadn’t had time to look for alternatives. The food and service were so good we ended up eating there 3 times! Overall I’m not sure why you’d stay anywhere else.

The hotel and the grounds were beautiful. A charming building. The room was very spacious and convenient. The staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was nice and plenty. The massage therapist was fantastic! will definitely stay again.

5 star review! What a lovely hotel, lovely staff, great service and food. The staff are attentive and offer little treats during your stay. Great location, the rooms are large and clean, they supply filtered water, breakfast is plentiful and pool is wonderful. Oh and roof top bar to watch the sunsets. Nothing bad to say. We met other guests that felt the same way. Try to be in Chiang Rai on a Saturday so that you can experience the Saturday Night Market.

Great hotel with beautiful staff. Loved this hotel, breakfast couldn’t ask for more. Pool and its bar service spot on. It has a wonderful roof top bar/restaurant, food excellent. We don’t think you’ll find a better hotel in Chiang Rai.. and you really won’t find one with any better staff, they are amazing

Loved this place. Great location in Chiang Rai. Amazing terrace where we saw sunset and sunrise! Fabulous facilities and chill vibes. We only had one night, but wishes we could stay longer.

What a great spot! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming and we felt so special here! Great location - walking distance to so much - especially the Saturday Night Market - wow. Hotel was so nice though - we hardly wanted to leave to explore! Highly recommend!

Impressive service, spotless hotel!

Service was quick and efficient, and everyone was very friendly. This is a newer resort so the rooms and other facilities are in perfect shape and very clean. Large breakfast buffet plus a variety of made to order drinks and dishes. Menu included several egg options, waffles, French toast, and Thai dishes. Trips were effortlessly organized without a detail missing.
