We stayed at ACME Hotel for a girls' getaway and couldn’t have picked a better spot! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was exactly what we wanted — fun, edgy, and full of personality. The lobby alone sets the tone with cool decor and a trendy, boutique feel. The rooms are super clean, modern, and made for relaxing in between our outings. Yes, they’re a little compact, but they’re smartly designed — we had plenty of space for our bags, makeup, and all the essentials. The rainfall showers were a treat after long days out, and the beds were so comfortable. Bonus: The syaff was really nice, helpful, and accommodating. They provided excellent tips. The location is unbeatable — we walked to the Magnificent Mile, Riverwalk, and had amazing restaurants and bars just minutes away. Great spot for shopping, photos, and nightlife.

I liked the cleanliness of our room and friendly staff! I didn't like that there was no accessable microwave, even in the lobby or near the ice machine. I LOVED the lobby vibe, the R&B music always playing as we entered or exited!

Great location right off the red line el and surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Steps from the Mag Mile. Friendly front desk. When we were super early and just going to check our bags, our room was ready and the front desk checked us with no issues whatsoever. The bed was comfortable there was a nice mini fridge in the room and we couldn’t hear any street noises. Please do yourself a favor and swing by Eatily, on the next block. Fantastic pastries and coffee there!

Having stopped in Chicago on my way back to Oakland, CA for a visit after spending a month in Italy & Spain, the Acme was all around perfect. Especially for the location; so much of Chicago in walking distance. Excellent room amenities, very helpful staff.
