Valet guys are great. Staff is extremely rude, doesn’t explains things without getting an attitude. Charged incidental fees of $150 per room, without stating that prior to checking in. Just called back because I didn’t receive an emailed receipt of stay, the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude.
