The location was great! A short walk to the beach and Navy Pier the Chicago River and more! The staff was incredible on every level!!

The staff were all amazing and welcoming. Upon entering the room, the curtains were stained (looked like water had leaked from the window and left a rusty-tinged stain on the curtains), there were stains on the bedding (like a dirty shoe brushed the bedding), and the floor had crumbs from the previous tenant. The location of the hotel was wonderful, everything we needed was walkable.

Maintenance not a priority

The room needs attention. Stains on the window shades, marks/damage to the walls, a sliding bathroom door that took herculean strength to move because it rubs against the frame (as evidenced by the scrapes on the door), a shower door entrance that required you to be in direct line of fire of the cold water blast when you turn it on (the door should open from the other side). Time for a refresh for sure.

Comfy bed. Conveniently located off Mag Mile. Lots of amenities nearby. Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Philz Coffee and World's largest Starbucks among all the shopping My room was a bit janky, shower gel holder, so body wash had to stay on shower floor. To turn on large lamp, I had to plug and unplug it... couch was in front of it. Wasnt hard just a drag. Floors could be swept with housekeeping. Good value for money compared to other hotels. Other hotels were running would have cost me 500 to 900 more for my 6-night stay I would stay again. Willing to rry another room

The hotel lobby looks great, but everything else is okay. The room they gave me was horrible. The restroom door does not close, and the carpet and chair cushion are full of pet hair. Also, the chair in the corner wasn't stable. You sit on the right, and it tilts The floor carpet needs to be washed. There are not enough amenities in the room, just one bottle of drinking water and a few coffee and tea pages. This place should be advertised as a four-star hotel because it is not
