The sheets were dirty & dingy looking. The rule of no breakfast food in the rooms is crazy also, some ppl don't like to be around ppl like that, nor sit with alot of ppl to eat, I know i don't want to sit around ppl that eat with their mouth wide open chewing their food, smacking their lips, & or ppl that don't have table manners. I will not be returning to your hotel, first time & last time. We actually checked out last night & would have checked out yesterday morning after being woke up @ 7 am after the fire alarm but was @ the hospital all day because of the anxiety attack I had being woke up from the alarm.

The room was missing a closet door. The body wash in the shower was empty. (How many times was it used before) deep ruts in the back of the property where I walked my dog at night almost caused me to roll my ankle when I stumbled into it. It was dark until the automated light came on. Construction supplies stacked outside. The vending machines well turned on and took my money then gave me expired chips. We all know how long shelf life is on a. Bag of chips. None of them were working in the entire property. I was told to walk to the gas station to get something if I needed. I wasn’t about to pack up my kids just to go to the gas station. My it my big question is how long has this been going on? I was told it was a vendor issue by the gentleman at the desk. This should have been resolved months ago. Overall I felt the property was being neglected to save money. I will say it was nice and close to six flags. Very convenient.

Never again.

Was not informed at all verbally about the $100 security deposit till after the money was taking and when I had asked about it was informed that I should have read the booking and the paper i have signed. Simple customer service 101 always inform the customers about the security deposit despite it being in writing and not a surprise to a customer as this lead me to not having much money during my stay for a hair style show. The room has a lot of issues the wall and paint are peeling dirt on the ceiling, bathroom hook on the door for towels to be hung is about to fall right off, the tv started glitching and the sound box started to sound robotic as well. The lights outside was flickering in the parking lot still had Christmas lights hanging outside in the entry way. Elevator can tell never been cleaned smells like weed or something in there, there is dust all over the ceiling inside the elevator, pretty sure that the air vent in the elevator needs to be changed while blowing out all the dust. Floors are uneven head of the bed is going down while the other side has of the room is based. Can hear the people directly above us kids running and jumping from midnight and again at 6 am. Would never done this place or recommend it to anyone.

Walls were a little thin. Could hear the people next door and turning on Netflix . The room overall was nice and comfortable and clean. So close to great America. It was kind of tucked behind a strip mall which made it a nice quiet area. I would stay here again.
