Great for one night of sleep. Rooms were clean, only provided two small towels, there also was a stain dripping down the wall in the bathroom, can only imagine it to be urine. Beds were hard. At breakfast there was a homeless man trying to get food, staff kicked him out.

Changed Our mind after seeing Outside of Hotel

When we pulled up to the hotel the exterior looked nothing like the pictures. There was nowhere to park. The hotel is located next to a “pay by the hour” hotel. The parking lot as well as many vehicles were in disrepair as if they hadn’t been moved in a long time. There was a car on the lot that had clearly been broken in to. We didn’t feel safe/comfortable enough to get out of our vehicle and immediately left.

I always ask myself - "Would I stay here again?"...my answer is No. While we did stay here twice (book ending our trip to/from of O'hare), our cars were parked there. Had they not been, I would have chosen someplace else. And the 2nd stay re-inforced why I would not go back. Facilities were clean; shower, toilet, bathroom floor & sink updated. Walls were aged. Towels were horrible (thin and scratchy) and we had 2 sets for a double queen room (3 of is in it). Pillows and beds were quiet comfortable and there were USB charger ports available at nightstand. We were not able to use the "24 hour" shuttle service on our way to the airport. We needed to leave at 5:00am and service did not start until 5:30am. We asked if it could come early, but told no. We got an Uber. We did use the shuttle on our return. It was timely, but driver never said hello or confirmed he was there for us. We loaded and unloaded our luggage and waited at least 5 minutes after we were all loaded in (6 of us), while our driver was outside on the phone and continued his call once he got in...after we asked if there was something we were waiting for (even though van was full). Upon return to the hotel, when driver opened the back gate he litterally let one of the suitcases tumble to the ground. Concierge staff was not friendly at either check in. It's location in relation to O'hare I found convenient, but a fellow traveller thought it was far.

Very poor run down condition of the property. In urgent need of renovations. The strong smell of chemicals everywhere, including bed linnen. Could barely sleep. The towels are so old they arecnot even white or towels any more. Quite disgusting shower experience. Dirty bed sheets. The second bed was more or less ok. To tired and too late to search for an alternstive stay. The front desk staff are friendly but thats about it. Will never stay here again. Very poor condition of everything including the building.
