The hotel is in excellent condition and the staff is very good. The room was large but there was not a real desk in the room, just a small pedestal table.

Second year that we stay at the Chez for thanksgiving weekend. I absolutely enjoyed my stay last year which is why we chose to stay again this year. Everything was fine even though the heater wasn’t working on the fifth floor, which is where we had to stay. Norma suggested that check out at 11, so we could get a new room. Fatima and this other lady helped us the next day and the service was alright. Fatima stated she would leave a note, and the other lady tried to encourage us to stay on the fifth floor. No note was left, but when we checked back in that night Norma helped us again and she was so kind and accommodated us from the third to the first floor. Absolutely loved her customer service both nights and made our stay more enjoyable. I appreciate her willingness to help us and provide excellent service. Norma is the reason we will probably continue staying at the Chez when visiting Chicago! Give that lady a CHRISTMAS BONUS!!

Nice room but cold bed. Beautiful design and I liked that it was not too big. Coffee and small muffins was a nice touch, better than nothing. A couple of the front desk workers were nice, the other not so much.

I never pay attention, drink mineral water from fridge, then realise it’s expired, at the checkout I mentioned them , person at front dest write it down to transfer to receptionist, next day they charge my card. Restaurant with limited dates and hours
