The staff was very friendly from the second we entered the door. I mentioned a discrepancy with their website and the pet policy; they were receptive and made sure that it would be corrected as soon as possible. Once they learned that we were there for a wedding, they ensured that we were all on the same floor to be together. I’m nitpicking but there was some minor things that I wanted to note: our room phone didn’t work (but we just used our cells to call room service) and the TV had a shortage causing the signal to jump every 3 seconds but it fixed itself after a few hours of staying on. Otherwise everything was great!

Very upscale experience for a moderate cost - including free parking. Best hotel experience I’ve had in a while and I travel quite a bit.

This is an absolute 5 star hotel! One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at and I have stayed at lots of resorts and hotels. The special touches like charger cord if you needed one, loufa in the shower, house shoes, umbrella if you needed it, chocolates on the night stand. Very very clean, quiet safe area, friendly and helpful staff, I liked that no one could go to our hallway without a key card.

Very nice hotel for the price and exceptionally clean. It’s a great value, and if they added just a few more amenities they could certainly charge more. Would definitely stay again if in the Schaumburg area.
