Not as advertised! Very run down and dirty! Smelled like old carpet and weed! The breakfast was decent and the young lady at the desk was very sweet and helpful. Otherwise the place is a dump.

The first day we were there they couldn’t find our reservation at first. The second day we returned to our room and it was flooded from the ceiling above. I went down to talk to the employee he was able to get us into a different room at midnight. All of our items were soaking wet and not one of them apologized or tried to do anything to accommodate for the inconvenience. When we went to check out the next day the manager stated “oh yea we informed the guest above that they flooded the tub……” WOULD NOT RECOMMEND and will not return. Could be an amazing place to get away if the staff actually had a heart I mean who wants to wash your stuff on vacation or go home in dirty clothes because your stuff is soaked!

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Chicago Club Inn & Suites. Room service took some of my personal belongings without my permission. When I brought it to the hotel’s staff, they said they will contact me—but no one ever followed up. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of responsibility and customer care. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. You cannot trust that your belongings are safe here. Stay somewhere else if you value your privacy and security.

Rooms were dusty and loud and the tub only had cold water. You could hear kids running up and down the hall and sign says no marijuana and it stank like it. Other than that the hot tub in the room was ok.

Staff was helpful when I inadvertently kept disabling my key. Check in was really quick and to the point, I went in exactly at the check in time. Price for the room is 100% worth it, my wife and I stayed in the King Bed/Jacuzzi tub room and we loved it. We went hiking then took a hot bath together. Our only "complaints" (if you can even call tnem that) was the tub jets weren't working but the tub was still really nice. Another was we couldve used more towels because we quickly ran through due to the tub and we also could've used 2 more pillows as the four that come on the bed were quickly scooped up by my wife. But for both "issues" (not really issues) I think we couldve just asked for more and would've been taken care of by the kind staff. I honestly cant think of many things to complain about, other than a potential tub leak. I didnt use the shower too much because we'd take bath but for the two times I did it seems like maybe the tub was leaking because there would be a surprising amount of water outside the tub which i would then try to dry up. Not sure if its an actual issue but something i noticed. But I loved the room; price was great, bed was comfy, AC was cold, Jacuzzi tub was amazing and the courtyard was nice and welcoming. Im very satisfied with my booking and will definitely stay again.
