Horrible experience

The stay was unacceptable and hazardous. Water leaked from the ceiling into my sister’s eye, which required emergency medical care. The mattress was also dirty, and the rooms were outdated and not as advertised.

The pool area always had used towels everywhere like the staff wasnt keeping the aread clean. The door to get into the building was broken where anyone can walk in without a door key. There's No Elevator

The room was nice and clean, the staff was always friendly. The courtyard itself would probably be a nice place to spend some time if it were warmer. The pool seemed average, I didn't want to use it. But there is no Elevator in this hotel which I didn't know until I was going to my room. Also, the hotel seems to be in a state of repairs which you can see and sometimes hear. And quite a few guests were especially loud and distracting Saturday night.
