My car was broken into, asked for footage with police and no one was trying to allow us to see. Has armed security and ironically my car was broken into 30 mins after they left even though i was told they are on the premises 24/7. Called to speak with management the next day and was rudely disrespected and cursed out over the phone and was told, “it’s my fault for parking my car in their parking lot.

We arrived at 9:00 pm and the desk agent was not at the front desk. Had to verbally call for him and he showed up shortly after. Our first room smelled like smoke (non-smoking room) had to go downstairs and wait 5 minutes for the desk agent to come after calling for him all that time. Wanted to buy some waters, agent was not at the front desk again! Stay was comfortable, breakfast was average, parking easy as there were very few guests.

Friendly staff greeted me. The shower door only covered 50% of the shower. I had a room with a hot tub which was excellent. Towels were scrathy but good in size. Bed was comfortable but squeaky with oddly small sized pillows. Wifi was slow. Breakfast on Sunday morning was good. Breakfast potatoes, sausage, eggs, sausage gravy, waffles, toast, great drink selection. I will go back again but only for another short stay. 7.5/10
