Hotel is on a great location however the room was no ideal, bed is up against a window so you have to climb across eachother, toilet is in the shower area while sink is outside and tiny, you have to request cleaning 24 hours in advance so you won't get cleaning on a 2 night stay, trying to get towels was a chore. Staff was super friendly just not the best hotel for a couple/ getaway fun weekend

CitizenM exactly what you need to explore Chigago

Check in and out process was super easy! Staff was friendly and helped us out a lot. I called a couple other hotels before booking and they were very rude, total opposite at citizenM. Rooms were as described. It had great views, comfortable bed, chair and bench were okay. Again as described small, so restroom and bathroom not the most comfortable but did it’s job! Lobby was great, safety was amazing. Location is perfect for downtown, close to everything. Would stay here again. Only negative, we switched rooms because we added a day. Early check-in, but 1 pillow had lots of makeup on the sheet. Just threw it to the side.

in the heart of downtown, this was PERFECT! especially if you’re visiting for the first time. we purchased the city view room (1000% worth it) and fell asleep/woke up to the most stunning view. It’s walking distance from so many nice attractions and about a 25 minute walk to navy pier. The atmosphere is calm and the hotel is peaceful. I’ll say the rooms are a bit compact, though not a complaint just something to be aware of when booking. other than that, we’ve found our staple when staying in chicago!!
