It has a unique vibe. Comfortable amenities inside. However, the shower head was completely broken and falling off of the hose, the room is very small and the temperature wouldn't go down by the iPad controller. I submitted a request, but it wasn't addressed. The temperature outside was in the 40*s while I couldn't get the room below 74* after having the ipad set to 68* and then 66*. It was like waking up in a sweatbox. I searched at 2 AM for a manual temperature control. There isn't one. Day two, the temperature was able to get down to 70* after many hours set to 66*. (Again, it was freezing outside, but no way to lower internal temp)

When we first arrived we were not sure how the experience would be, as this is not your typical hotel. In the end, the staff was great, the hotel was very clean, some of the features in the room were very unique, and we had a great time being close to everything in downtown Chicago. Our room was small, but quite adequate for a one to two night stay.
