Terrible service and management didn’t seem to care much. Never received housekeeping service the entirety of our stay even though requested daily and sometimes more than once daily. TV froze, bed and pillows uncomfortable, bathroom fan didn’t work, coffee machine broken in lounge area for two of the three days we stayed. The price for the room was way too expensive for the level of service and condition of the hotel. As a result, I will never stay in this Club Quarters or any other anywhere else. After complaints to the manager, who got snippy and provided a half hearted apology and a voucher for the restaurant in the lobby. His boss never apologized but rather sent an email at 8:30pm saying they could provide housekeeping services as long as we left the room. We were out. Having dinner and didn’t see this lame attempt at trying to do the right thing after several disappointing experiences. Spend your money elsewhere. Too many better options in Chicago even if more expensive.

Didn’t get house keeping or even fresh towels because you must book it the day before, only, we arrived late in the evening and no one told us. Breakfast in the bar next door, not a lot of choice and bo flexibility for any changes in case of intolerance. No hot drinks for kids (like hot chocolate), just sodas.

Good hotel for the price. I was here for a business trip. Staff was fantastic and any issue I had was quickly resolved. Staff was even kind enough to wait for an uber with me late evening so I wasn’t alone on the street. The room itself was the perfect size and comfortable. The only issue I had was the shower pressure being weak but the staff came up and fixed it.

I paid for breakfast. Was told I didn’t. They went to check and made me sit while waiting and made me order anyways before coming back to say I didn’t have it. Okay. The room was gross. Food left in the fridge. Bugs in the towels. Stains on the linens. Wait staff short & rude. Lobby? Hot as balls.

Hotel agradável, equipe atenciosa, bem localizado, especialmente se o passeio envolver crianças, o quarto era um pouco apertado, mas nada que desabonasse o hotel, mas 3 detalhes foram negativos: (1) sem geladeira no quarto, que, por sua vez, tive que pedir 2x e nos enviaram uma geladeira que não funcionou (o que só percebemos no dia seguinte - 3º da viagem) e só depois arrumaram; (2) embora a reserva fosse para 3, nos deram apenas 2 tolhas, adicionando a terceira após a segunda solicitação na recepção; e (3) a limpeza do quarto ocorre apenas a pedido, descobrindo isso apenas no terceiro dia.
