The hotel had issues where they did not work staff ran the other one that did work we stayed on the 37th floor and the staff were careless struck me in the shoulder with the elevator door and the staff got attitudes. The hotel rooms were very small it was a very unpleasant and unwelcoming stay I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Definitely not worth your money. The room was dirty, the climate control was inconsistent, and only one elevator was working for all 34 floors. Neighbors were screaming at each other in the hallways at 4 AM. The staff seemed indifferent to the concerns. Spend a few more dollars and stay at the Pendry around the corner.

Quiet and comfortable. Adequate but small. The "kitchenette", which really only is a coffeemaker and a very tiny dormroom-style mini fridge. The room was only average. Pretty bare-bones all in all but just fine for a business trip.

It is conveniently located close to the convention center, Millenium park and restaurants. The queen size bedroom was small but it had everything you needed. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
