Very dirty room. Holes all over walls. Closet door was in peices. Bad smell. Smoke detector had writing on it that said "thanks for the f*** shack - dirty mike. Will never stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The carpet and doors are just worn out and could use a refresh. The room was clean, but there was stuff on the carpet walking to the room. The first room we were given had an issue. The outlet all the lights were plugged into didn't work. We had to switch rooms. There was a full roll of toilet paper in the parking lot on the ground. It felt muggy in the room. Breakfast was yummy and tables were clean, the a/c blew cold, and the hotel was convenient for the events I was attending.

Uncontrolled noise levels, I had a washing machine banging from the wall behind me and a room with individuals screaming laughing well into the night, followed by insanely loud tv all night long. I asked to be moved rooms and was denied this request as they claimed they would fix the problem, despite the groups next to me staying another night as well. The noise level the following night was worse. We had 2 nights of no sleep and no help from staff. My room was next to the front desk on the 1st floor, the tv and screaming and yelling sounded loudly into the hallways. I called in the night to have to the noise addressed, which was to no avail. The staff claimed There were no open rooms available to be moved to, yet the parking lot was less than a 1/4 full. Breakfast would have been acceptable, I’d the juice machine would have been working, mold on the bread and the hot food hadn’t been empty by 8 am. Also, read the fine print- you must have a cc with the name of the person renting the room- the cc you make the reservation with is not acceptable. This of course was a huge surprise and a source of extreme contention with staff. I secured the room with my husband’s cc and presented it at check in. He was standing with me while Checking in but still they refused the cc and lectured me at length about reading their contract. All in all a very, very unpleasant stay.

It’s okay but could be better.

Some of the staff are friendly and accommodating some are so so. Breakfast is nice to have in the morning tho it’s the same thing every day. The air conditioning is my big problem here it’s not that strong and doesn’t circulate around the whole room but only where it’s place.

I travel on an average of 12-15 times a year. This was a first time I had a very strange experience with this hotel. I was charged an additional $25/night for my 17 year old son. The hotel has a unique policy of 12 & under is free and any children over 12 is $25/person/night. My booking was through hotels.com and I disclosed the age of my son at the time of booking. Hotels.com tried their best and told me that they will reimburse this additional charge. On the second day of my stay (checkout day) I came down and picked up breakfast for my wife at 9:40am as the breakfast closes at 10am. They told me that breakfast must me eaten at the breakfast area and can’t be taken to the room. Such an awful experience in terms of their service and policies they are calling it. The hotel management are just transactional and have no business & customer service sense. I’m a very practical & very accommodative personality. Please don’t take your family to this place.
