Five-Star Service from a Truly Wonderful Team

We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Burr Ridge while working a nearby convention, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, every single team member made us feel welcomed and appreciated. What stood out the most was how genuinely kind and attentive everyone was. Each time we returned after a long day, we were greeted with a smile, asked how our day had been, and even checked in on how the convention was going. It wasn’t just polite small talk—it was clear they truly cared about their guests' comfort and experience. It’s rare to find a hotel where the staff feels like an extension of your own team, cheering you on and making sure you’re taken care of. Their hospitality made a huge difference during a busy and exhausting weekend, and it made us feel like we were coming “home” every night. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with a staff that goes above and beyond, this is the hotel. I’d recommend the Crowne Plaza Burr Ridge in a heartbeat, and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

Stoped here during a cross-country move. Location is quiet and a 30 minute drive to Chicago. Ample parking, nice staff and overall a comfortable stay with clean rooms.
