Two items. The bed was awfully plush for my comfort. I appreciate a more firm bed. I understand you can’t please all of your guests in this manner. The second item was the bathroom door did not close all the way leaving a 2 to 3 inch gap and not allowing for privacy. ☹️ The staff was very kind and considerate and helping us check in and check out. Cleanliness was good, the sheets were crisp and clean.

And the room is dated the shower was amazing until we were taking our shower and it started to not drain the water, fast. The bed was very soft and broken in. The temperature was very uncomfortable. We cannot hold the wrong overnight and the view wasn’t that amazing. For what we pay I was very unhappy. Service in the bar area was poor but the security and valet area were very helpful. Check-in took almost 30 minutes. Check out was smooth. Overall, I gave our stay a five out of 10.

The check-in was painfully slow, we didn’t line up or anything, in fact we checked in late so we walked right up to the reception desk, it was late (130am) and what should be a quick process to almost 30 minutes. The hotel was fine and the stay was good, just the length of time to check in was painfully long.
