Room was nice sized and very clean. However, in order to get any warm water, you had to open both the sink and the tub full blast as hot as it would go for several minutes. The breakfast selections were good and the attendant was working very hard, however the breakfast room eating area was too small for the number of guests. There was a tour bus two mornings and there was no room for anyone other than their group until they left. The restroom off the lobby had a hole in the Sheetrock that someone had put toilet tissue in—I went back to my nice room.

Surprising

The room was big and nice however there were some things that I was surprised to see…. Only 1 of 2 large widows had a privacy shade, there was no blower for the bathroom, no glassware in the room, the alarm clock which we did not set went off at 6:00 in the morning

Love to stay here, the room is so cleane, breakfast is good enough for an essential energy of a new day. The staff is so friendly go far beyond to help guest, Julie, the front desk is supper nice, lady work at the breakfast area cleaning all the time and very kind. I would recommend to my friends and relatives whenever they come to Glendale Height, Illinois. The City has quite shoppings.
