I was skeptical at first due to location but upon arrival was pleasantly surprised by the fact that it was a new and or updated property. The breakfast was great, although one of the coffee makers didn’t work. The only issue I had was I asked the young front desk lady for a bag because it was raining really hard and I needed to get to my car. She was rude had her phone in her hand and seem irritated that I was asking a question

Very quiet hotel, newer and in great condition. Staff was friendly. We headed to breakfast near the end, and most of the food was gone. The food that was available was good. The area is not near anything fun, but was conveniently located.

My stay was ok. I enjoyed the breakfast choices but it was cold. I like hot food. I also like firm pillows and couldn't get comfortable. I also like it cold in the room so I can sleep and the unit like it was freezing up on 70.

A great hotel. It’s a newer building and everything is very nice. The rooms are quite spacious. The staff is great, and they do an amazing job keeping your room tidy during your stay. They put out a very nice breakfast in the mornings for the guests. There are great selections and they keep everything well stocked. I’d recommend this place, especially if you’re planning to attend a concert at Credit Union One Amphitheater. It’s only a ten minute drive away.

Best Hotel Ever

The hotel was great. Bri at the front desk was very nice and friendly. And the overnight maintenance/cleaning guy David kept the hotel so clean. Our room was also very clean and smelled great. Breakfast was very good and the hotel was quiet. I also loved that if you forgot something like a hairbrush or toothpaste, they’d give you a complimentary one. I also loved that our King Suite room had a comfortable bed, a lounge chair, a desk with a chair, drawers for clothes/luggage, a step in shower, an ironing board, and the ability to watch Metflix/Pracock/etc on the TV with your phone. I also loved they had a water station to refill your cup/water bottle by the gym and that we were both given a water bottle and a snack upon arriving. We will definitely be staying at this hotel every time we visit Tinley Park now.

The staff was very unprofessional my check in time was 3pm didn’t check in until after 4pm. It was only one person checking every one in and we were not greeted when we arrived or even an apology for the delay with checking it. My daughter enjoy her room but would I stay here again A BIG NO customer service is very important too especially when I spent over $400 for Two rooms. The Staff sucked!!!!!!!
