Our suite is spacious and clean with all the amenities available. Staff are friendly, professional, and handle check in/ out quickly and efficiently. The hotel is beautiful with nice layout.

This place made for an excellent base while visiting the city. Room was huuuuge for two people, comfortable, and the mini kitchen was useful. Area was close to a lot of restaurants and near a bus that would take you to the Magnificent Mile and connecting subway lines. The actual room was not in the best shape, a little on the older side, but was clean enough.
