Overall we had a great stay. Very clean, rooms were beautiful, gym was big and really nice. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and nice. Lobby was very nice and cozy. Only complaints were parking was VERY expensive ($90/night), and the breakfast/room service were quite expensive too. That being said, our room service food was very tasty and we were given large portions. Literal perfect location 1 block from Michigan Ave. Would stay again!

Couldn’t find the entrance and the food was worse!

I was outraged to pay over $60 for a room service cesaer salad with chicken and it SUCKED. Limp, dark, slimy lettuce, way too much dressing with a pathetic piece of chicken on a separate plate floating in what I think was butter?? AWFUL. Shameful.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and had all of the amenities one would expect. I did not like the daily $15 "resort fee". If you are looking to increase your profit, raise the room rate. Then I'll decide if the hotel meets my needs.
