Great location. Staff nice. Only issue was that it was loud. Housekeeping was loud in the hallways and they entered our room on 2 out of the 3 mornings before 10 am and while we were still in the room. Including on the day we checked out.

It was the perfect location for St. Patrick's Day weekend. The hotel was beautiful with a gorgeous view. The bar had some really fun drinks! Only complaint is that there were stains on our comforters and sheets in our room... Other than that everything else seemed clean.

Checkout/housekeeping interruption wakeup call

We loved our experience, we did notice there was nothing to hang on the door to let housekeeping to know we were still in room, as a result housekeeping was loudly knocking on all doors on our floor and knocked on our door and entered our room at 9am!!! I believe checkout is at noon so this was a huge deal breaker for us returning again. We try to utilize our room to the full extent of our stay which includes sleeping in which was interrupted today!

I'll stay again

Simple friendly check in, let us know when room was ready via text. Clean, comfortable room. Nice hotel within 5-10 minute safe walking distance to restarants, the parks, river and shopping, bean, fountain etc. A 30-45 minute safe walk or short uber to museums and or soldier field.
