I would NOT recommend staying here, but Staff A+

Pros: Staff is AMAZING Cons: My room 10022 had the following issues: - Blood on the ceiling of the tub/shower - TV didn't function - Heat didn't function properly - Shower didn't function properly - Internet was slow (as expected with most hotels) I would add videos, but this only allows pics which won't show you what a video could show you. Motel 6 quality for Hyatt Price.

The property itself was super nice, the bar is cozy and staff is very friendly and attentive. I will say which isn’t a huge deal at all but the tv was very outdated and had limited channels and the room took a long time to heat up so it was chilly during the night time.

Not my first time staying in a Hyatt. The facility seemed to be under construction/maintenance. Updates looked great. I will say that I feel like I got backlash for not booking straight through the hotel. I was on a business trip in which things are bundled to make it easier. The young lady at the front desk advised me that when booking outside of the hotel they do not know how many rooms the hotel actually has. So, the room I requested was not available. Which didn’t make sense because it showed 7 available when it was booked through Expedia, but ok. She advised me to contact them. She did offer to have house cleaning to clean a room for me, but then said it would take way to much time. All fine until bed time. The room I had was very clean, and nice… just 1 problem. It sounded like I was in a brick room with a furnace running on high and then add the cars rolling up and down the highway. I was unable to sleep so I went downstairs to the front desk and asked if it was possible to swap to a different room. I so wish I remembered this ladies name. She was amazing. So polite and sweet. Helped me get into my old room to get my things and just had the best attitude. She was there Monday and Tuesday night on February 3rd and 4th. Thank you!!
