Great stay and friendly staff with comfortable beds and pillows. It was nice the Red Bar had food open late & the shuttle service was easy and on time. The atmosphere is very nice and modern. Would definitely recommend, we book to a last minute overnight delay and they were very easy with late check in

I didn’t really care for the parking but other than that the resort is really nice very clean. My room was very clean bathroom basically spotless and I stayed in the balcony room and in the summer I would like to stay here so I can see what the view looks like in the summer. Period I did not take advantage of the breakfast which was $27 per person so I went elsewhere because I felt like that price was a bit much close to the airport. Please know if you stay in this area it will be heavily trafficked in the evening. I had an event that I needed to go to that was 16 minutes away, and it ended up being an hour to get there. Staff were very friendly. I also ate at the bar restaurant. I got a cauliflower chickpea wrap with fries and the wrap was just OK. My daughter got a burger and fries and her burger was just OK as well.

We love staying at this hotel for conventions in Rosemont. The breakfast buffet is not worth $55 for two people. Otherwise very clean and quiet hotel.

Very nice hotel. Very close to the convention center. Never had to go outside from hotel, parking garage , to the convention center. The only comment that I have is that the tower rooms have very small bathrooms with only a shower stall. Not much counter space at all.

This is my 2nd time staying here. The rooms are huge and have a long sofa. It's very convenient to have a refrigerator in every room and microwave down the hall. The rooms are always very clean and quiet. There are several restaurants which have excellent food. Definitely I plan to come back here for a 3rd time.
