I paid for a double queen room and when I got there they told me they no longer had it and that my options were to either take the king size bed or cancel the reservation. Hahah like I would have somewhere else to go last minute. They also charge $88 for valet parking otherwise they have no parking lots. This is crazy to me. Will never again book with this hotel.

The first day upon check in, the room was littered with small empty liquor bottles. Bathtub was dirty and stinky. We left luggage and went for a show . The 3rd day morning, the bathtub was filled with half tub dark green stinky liquid. We left earlier. Also the elevator displays are broken.

Excellent location! We loved having a Starbucks on property and the central location of the hotel to the activities we had planned. The service from the front desk was top notch. My only frustration was only having full beds as an option. Traveling with our family of four, this made sleeping arrangements tough. If we had two queen beds, that would have been absolutely perfect. We also loved the hair care products and the steakhouse on property! If sleeping arrangements were better, we will most definitely stay here again.
