We had an awesome stay!

Kyle at the front desk checked us in and gave us an upgrade to an incredible room! Kyle was friendly and gracious, and so helpful! The hotel is grand and beautiful, and there is an historic section with incredible architectural details. The views of the river from our room were incredible. We loved every minute and hope to stay there again.

the hotel was quiet and secure but definitely need yo fix and update a few things. also would say that most employees seemed friendly. for the pice of the rooms and everything definitely not worth the 400 a night.. and when i asked questions and tried to figure out things felt like i was getting dirty looks and and very short with responses and then barely any tv options for channels. i think they can be better and do better being they charge so much and being on a main drag. that don't mean u charge more if the property dosent match what u pay for.

I was kind of disappointed in the restaurant Michael Jordan. Ate there 3 times, the food great but you have to be patient… the service was slow and bad.
