We loved our stay at the Intercontinental. The hotel is “old”, but well kept and designed well. We stayed on a high floor facing the back, which was relatively quiet (we asked to move away from Michigan Av). The room was spacious and very comfortable. We LOVED the hotel indoor pool. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Room service options are from the Michael Jordan restaurant at the lobby and we felt that the options were limited and pricey. The Starbucks inside the hotel was a great option for a light breakfast. There were many options around the hotel for food, shopping, and walking around and so we thought the location was great. The hotel is highly recommended and was a great value for money.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the place was gorgeous and very clean, and the pool is beautiful and such a perk. We shopped, ate, and swam. A perfect birthday weekend for our daughter.
