I booked this last minute for a new year’s getaway. The young lady at the front desk assisted me with the check in process. I also asked if I could check in early and was accommodated. The room was perfect and clean. I liked the bathroom and the bench in the shower. The view was great as well. It was located in a nice area and a lot of attractions were nearby. The next time I’m in Chicago I’ll stay here again.

Very nice 1-bedroom apartment with a very comfortable king-size bed. A 2-minute walk from the subway station and a lot of tourist places are a walkable distance too. Communication was great and very easy via text message. We loved our stay :-)

This room was very dirty, stains on pictures (which was very odd) walls had a bunch of scuffs and scratches, curtains had a weird stain and we had no hot water our first night. The only issue that was ever fixed was our water and was never offered a new room when the cleanliness couldn’t be fixed- will not be returning to another one of these.
