Beautiful Condo, clean and spacious, very comfortable bed and bedding. Excellent location, 15-30 minutes walk to Magnificent Mile and river walk with many restaurants and Parks. What’s plus are the outdoor pool/ sitting area and fancy lounge on 16th floor with terrific views. The only minor issue I have is that the shower water flow is very thin. The shower head may need to be replaced

My Kasa visit

The couch doesn’t even fit for 1 person let alone for me and my girlfriend. The bed very uncomfortable with no TV and the view that we asked and booked for was very bad. Only think i enjoyed was the Gym

I booked this last minute for a new year’s getaway. The young lady at the front desk assisted me with the check in process. I also asked if I could check in early and was accommodated. The room was perfect and clean. I liked the bathroom and the bench in the shower. The view was great as well. It was located in a nice area and a lot of attractions were nearby. The next time I’m in Chicago I’ll stay here again.

Very nice 1-bedroom apartment with a very comfortable king-size bed. A 2-minute walk from the subway station and a lot of tourist places are a walkable distance too. Communication was great and very easy via text message. We loved our stay :-)
