Room was spotless, all the kitchen amenities were provided such as a Nespresso machine with refills, electric kettle, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. The refrigerator has a water dispenser inside full-size freezer microwave dishwasher. They provide dishwashing detergent and dish soap. Paper towels. Stackable washer and dryer they supply a single sample of laundry detergent to do laundry then you’re on your own. Aldi is on the first floor so if you need anything grocery is available. there is a café attached to the building. Workout area is immaculately cleaned every day. There is a game room a large area to watch TV. we did not bring our pet, but there is an area on the rooftop for pets to run around and there’s green space down below. A full basketball court and an area for children to play. it was winter so the pool and hot tub were closed. they provide fresh linens and towels as needed. They are very prompt and answer the phone quickly. The parking is secure and well lit. Location is in a safe neighborhood. Across the street is disco pancakes for breakfast. Target is just down the road and CVS and Jewel grocery stores. This is our second time staying. When we do stay, we stay about a week. It is quiet. Great views.

Gem of a place. Everything was clean & the room was so comfortable. Food places and local stores very close walking distance. Parking seems expensive but it’s worth it because you don’t have to worry about street parking tickets that you’ll probably get anyways. You also get two parking spots back to back from each other. Ammenities are awesome too. Balcony makes things much better.

Everyone working the desk over the weekend were exceptional. The building is very clean and very secure. It is very do friendly. Make sure you are prepared to charge extra fees on a card when you get to the property. I was not prepared for the $ that needed to go on another card.

This was our first time at Level Chicago -Old Town. Last year we stayed at Level Chicago - North. Both apartments were really cozy and offered amazing views of the city. Old Town is a great place to stay, the staff overall was professional and polite. The unit was mostly clean, however, some of the towel were stained (seemed like he make up did not come off with bleach). It wasn't to my liking so I did not use them. Also, they knew we were six people but only gave 4 bath towels. I had to request additional. Another thing is that the locks in the bathroom and bedrooms were not working. It was a bit frustrating considering 6 people were sharing one bathroom. The apartment itself is very comfortable, has washer and dryer on site, which is convenient, especially when staying with children. The kitchen was equipped with all the basic needs except a good coffee machine. They have a nespresso machine but I would have rather an actual coffee machine not espresso machine. Safety was key. My family and I felt safe in the building and the area. Parking was not available in the building (the cost is $70 per night) but that wasnt an issue because we found plenty of parking right outside by the meters.
