This is a top of the line Custom Single Family home. You will not find a nicer, larger, newer, Single Family Home in Chicago. The house is 4200 square feet, it has 2 decks, an attached 2 car garage (you don't want to walk outside in the winter to get to your car). The location of this property is very good and having a 2 car garage was very valuable. The AC and water pressure of the showers worked very well. There was plenty of space for the 7 adults we had staying at this house. The cleanliness of the place needs to improve. The beds need to be replaced or improved.
