London house did not disappoint. View room was a highlight, staff were friendly and courteous. Close walk to Riverwalk, tours, parks, museums and shops. Make reservations for LH rooftop. I only wish I was able to get credit with Hilton for the stay.

Was fine until they tried to charge an early check out fee, who says I can’t leave my damn key in the room and leave. Then valet sucks they charged and early check out fee of $40 to get our car, all of them were sitting around doing nothing but forced us to pay extra to get our car. There were at least 5 people sitting around and only one other person waiting to get their car they took over and hour to bring us our car ridiculous when you got nothing to do. Don’t valet here but I will not be staying again either, the langham is a way better option they don’t do this to you
