Rooms are very minimally cleaned. If you're staying for an extended period or have a pet, they will not come on the days they tell you, even if you remove the pet from the room. Staff is very friendly in the office.

When I arrived they had no record of my reservation. I showed them my confirmation email and they still found no record. Hotels.com cleared things up - apparently they had an incorrect last name for my reservation. I had shown them my confirmation with my correct name and they still said they couldn't find the reservation number. By the time Hotels.com cleared things up, they were sold out and had no rooms available for me. I was relocated by Hotels.com, but the next day I received a call from Motel 6 asking me when I was going to check out as there were still many pieces of luggage in my room. I never checked in, yet they had my name and number the next day to call me about checking out?

Had to check out after an hour or so. Roaches pretty much everywhere and I didn't want to take any critters with me. Told the clerk and he didn't seem to care, so I gave him my room keys and left. There was no usable room phone and noone pick up when i called from my cell.
