I’ve stayed at this property over a dozen times and always had a great experience. With that being said, instead of checking out I rebook the room. To my surprise at about noon the water was shut off. Long story short, they told me it’ll be back on in half hour. When I checked out the next day still no water. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I understand dealing with an emergency (although it seemed more like planned remodeling) but they didn’t notify me, apologize, or thank me. Again I do want to say, it’s Usually a 4-5 star experience with them and this is the only bad experience I’ve had with them.

Worth what you pay...

Overall it was just a place to stay. One of the beds in our room was ROCK solid, and the bath area was not as clean as I would have liked. For the cheap price, it was fine, but if youre looking for true comfort, I'd find somewhere else!

Clean room to lay your head

My husband and I had a family emergency and drove from Florida to Chicago and our stay was fine at the regal. Saved us some money and did the trick for a two night stay. We just needed a place to sleep not so much of a place to stay all day so I wouldn’t mind staying again if we were ever on a fix budget.

The room had multiple issues, including busted tiles and a broken television. The keycard failed to work each day and was replaced completely each time. The room would not warm up and the noise levels were loud as hell.

We arrived at 1 o’clock exhausted from traveling and asked if we could get an early check in. They don’t normally give them. I said we were really tired and now offered to pay an additional fee for the early check-in. She said OK she checked me in and didn’t charge me any additional fee. Her energy was so bright and cheery, and her smile was so inviting. I will definitely stay there again.

the water was not that hot for showering. but they had a note as you enter the lobby stating that this property is private owned and we have the right to refuse whoever we want! had I not missed my connector to Hong Kong, I would have never stayed there.
