Fabulous location in downtown. Staff is so courteous and nice it was a pleasure. Incredible view to the river. Very comfortable bed and linens and the best pillows I had in a long time. Loved the free filtered water. Definitely will be back.

This was worth the deal price we found on Expedia but I wouldn’t pay full price. The housekeeping was inconsistent. While all of our interactions with staff were great we didn’t have many. The toilet was very loud and didn’t flush without being held down.

So Unhappy

I had a horrible time I prepaid for parking and was supposed to be able to go in and out but ended up paying extra for parking because the person who checked in didn’t give me a ticket….. then that night when we were in the room the room was cold as hell… they ended up sending me a heater I really was unhappy and they didn’t really seem eager to make me feel better about the stay.

When we entered our room, following check-in, it was nothing like the pictures provided on expedia. I called the front desk and asked for a different room and explained what was offered on line and what I expected. I was told they were fully booked, and dismissed on the phone. I am not at all happy with the misrepresentation, whether it was the fault of expedia or the hotel! Not satisfied!!!

Great location, right in front of the Trump tower. We’ve got a river view for additional USD 10 and it totally worth it. Sofa bed worked perfectly for our 4 yo daughter.
