Great value! Our hotel room was super comfortable for 4 people (2 queen beds and 2 full bathrooms). Everything was clean. The staff was kind. The location was central. Would definitely come again to this hotel next time I'm in Chicago!

They charged me a little over $22 just for using the shampoo, and there’s only one operational elevator for guests on the 11th - 41st floors. Aside from those issues, the hotel is nice and is in close proximity to a lot of activities/sites.

Stayed at the river hotel because we were going to a show at the Chicago theater. Very close proximity to the venue and the subway. The room was cozy, had a refrigerator and microwave.

Some of the staff were rude, others were wonderful. One of our rooms had a bed that a broken spring poked through. Staff did make an adjustment to our charges since they had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Location was ideal

My room was small but comfortable and clean. The issue was an elevator was out and I had to wait 20 minutes and decided to walk the stairs to a different floor. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel for location and convenience.
