Great 2 Bedroom Apartment

We love the convenience and ease of Sentral, we have stayed at least 3 times. Even though the apartment wasn’t as clean as we wished, having a kitchen, amazing gym, comfortable beds and friendly staff made up for that.

Not what I expected

The stay was fine. I think the photos are quite deceiving unless I missed the memo.. I thought I’d be entering a beautiful large lobby based on the photos but the lobby is very small with the check in counter to the left and a few chairs for seating to the right. What it seems like is the nice entrance is actually additional photos of the pool area up on the 7th floor. If you hope to check in a bit early this is not the place for you. We dropped our bags at 9am which they were very accommodating of and came back at 3:11 to check in. We were told in order to avoid the $27 early check in charge we would have to wait until 3:30 (19 minutes). This was a little annoying since our room was ready for us. I would have found other accommodations for the price I paid or even less had I known. The room was clean but well used, part of the flooring was pulling up and I wouldn’t touch the couch.. it had a couch cover but seemed quite dirty.

Enjoyed my stay here. The property and the room were clean. The only issue I had was the AC stopped working and I had to call the front desk and have them walk me through resetting both thermostats. Other than that I had no issues. Would stay here again if I am in the area.
