This is the place. Pretty good location plenty of food around everything is walkable. Loved the room. The gentleman at the front was able to get us our room when we arrived around noon. We got up there fairly quickly and took a long needed nap which was absolutely great. Ice on request which was nice and the comfort was great here.

The hotel itself was very nice. After I got home, I discovered there was one of those sneaky fees added onto my credit card. I hate that! Just charge what you charge; don't sneak things in later. Obviously, I can't recommend this hotel, and wouldn't stay there again.

Good: The rooms were nice and spacious, great hotel bar, excellent location Bad: Front desk host was less than courteous upon check in, there were several hairs on the bathroom floor, we had to move rooms twice before finally settling into a clean room Overall the property is nice and centrally located but I probably wouldn’t return to stay here again based on the issues we experienced.

The location was great as it was just a few blocks away from millennium park. The gym facilities were great too. Be aware if you book a reservation that “includes breakfast “ it really means a $40/day voucher at the hotel restaurant. The rooms are also small but adequate as we did not spend much time there
