4 bedrooms 1 and half bathrooms with 9 beds. Newly renovated. Magnificent Georgian- style home has been well maintained and updated with modern amenities adding charm and convenience.
Laundry unit in the basement. Kitchen includes cooking utensils, pots pans cups plates. 1st bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a twin bed and an extra mattress pull out. 3rd bedroom has twin bed with an extra mattress pull out. 4th bedroom has full size bed. Basement living room has a twin bed with a twin pull out. Multiple sofas and recliners. The home is centrally located near the Skokie Swift yellow line, providing convenient access to public transportation. It's also just minutes away from the 90/94 expressway, making commuting easier. There is plenty of shopping available, with the Old Orchard mall located nearby. 20-25mins from downtown/Navy Pier

Perfect place for a Wrigley Visit
