good enough, but room for improvement

We use the pull out sofa every time we stay for our kids, and every single time, there is either no linens, or missing linens. This time there was no pillow and the blanket was very thin. When I called the front desk to request a thicker or addtl blanket, and a pillow, it took almost a half hour to get it, and after calling a couple times to check on the status. We couldn't put my kids to bed until we got it. And when I called to check on status, they gave me attitude. Other than that, we love the location, the pricing, and the room style, which works great for our family. The breakfast could be improved though. Gone downhill.

Need to have additional blankets in room and pillows for pullout couch to sleep on it. Blankets that are thicker and fuller. Need to have extra blanket for bedroom area also. Could use some coffee filters in kitchen for coffee maker to use it. Could use a little more upgrade on kitchen utensils and items. Very sparse. If you want to compete with other hotels that have this amenity in the rooms, you are going to have to step it up a little in these areas. Also as a silver level guest, I was told I have perks, but got no perk for staying at your hotel. Even a discount on parking would have been nice, but I was told no. There needs to be coffee put in the breakfast area. To go out into the front area for coffee for breakfast was very congested in the morning as people in lobby going in and out, checking out and waiting for elevator. Waited for coffee to be refilled and never came. Breakfast was ok, but could add options of more cereal, waffles option would be nice and muffins would be nice, plus fruit like bananas and yogurt. This is what other hotels you are competing with have in their options for free breakfast. A little step up on those things items may give your guest a better experience and recommendation for your hotel.

The Sonesta was quiet and clean. Great for us just needed a place to sleep after being on the go all day. The only thing I would say made it not perfect was the elevators.They was only room for 4 comfortably. Staff was nice and helpful.
