Good value for the money

The hotel is really nice. The location to the city center is walkable, room was clean and big, staff was very helpful and friendly. The only downside was the breakfast. It was super simple, which is okay, but some fruit or vegetable would be good to have.

I did like the fact they offered valet($70.00 a night) which 52.00 plus tax. The room has a kitchette. This hotel was near places we needed to visit - probably hence the hefty price. Few suggestions: They have at least up to 20 floors. If you don't mind using a toilet made for toddler& elementary schoolers then their toilet is for you! The water pressure as many hotels is not strong. The toilet has heck of a time flushing.. Now the valet, the guest service were all nice. This hotel came with a free breakfast. Had a beautiful eating area. We have been much smaller scale hotel. They served a whole spread of food plus waffles & had waffle maker. Very shocked , price couldn't offer more for your hotel guest. I understand you cannot cater to all They could do so much better but it. . Anyhow I think they could utilize the dining space and profit if it. So people don't have go out all the time. Create a simple menu please add pancakes and waffles. Get a waffle maker. Lunch sandwiches store bought or grilled panini press. Dinner ion special days. Create a part of check in these are what we have available on menu brkst is free lunch and dinner we'll be set price. No delivery no room service. I loved coffee all the time. I really think you all could do better not charging taxes on every item either. Or at least put that in bigger print when $70.00 a night taxes be charged in addition. Three hundred deposit to ensure if anything broken or damaged. Steep

Great location, good hotel

Fabulous location, great size room! Definitely worth the price to stay in essentially an apartment- the one bedroom king room. It was great to have a fridge and stove top and microwave as well as dishes. For a mom and teen daughter weekend shopping trip it was absolutely perfect- we both had plenty of space between the king sized bed and the pull out couch, and our own TVs which we were able to sign into our Netflix account. There's a little market around the corner for pricey essentials, and the lobby has some snack to buy as well. I was able to find parking using spothero for around $60 for 2 nights, so we just walked and used public transportation and left the car in the indoor garage 2.5 blocks away. The coffee and tea in the lobby at all times was very nice. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating. The area felt very safe. We arrived after dark and had to walk from the parking garage with all our luggage and there were people walking their dogs all over! The downsides were that the beds were not the most comfortable and the breakfast was just acceptable. Cereal and milk would be nice, or bagels with cream cheese. The individual yogurts and bread and peanut butter were about all we found edible- the bacon looked good too but we don't eat it. We chose a hotel with a free breakfast intentionally but went out both mornings instead. For a weekend trip I felt like I chose a good hotel in a marvelous location. The room was just what we needed at the right price.
