The hotel was sold out when we arrived shortly before midnight to check in and our room was not honored. We had to scramble to get alternative plans and were still charged for the room that we could not stay in. There “was nothing Sonesta could do” to help us. Just a horrible experience and the desk clerk was anything but empathetic or helpful.
