We stayed here as a last minute booking having missed our connecting flight through O'Hare.
Unfortunately the room (131 I believe?) was not in great condition; mold/mildew on the
bathroom wall behind the toilet water line that gave off a distinct odour, peeling ceiling paint in the bathroom, and the bedspread on one of the beds clearly had some type of whitish-fluid on it. We were too tired to complain or request a room change. Suffice it to say, we did not place our bags on the floors, or sleep with the covers on our beds.
I would recommend requesting a renovated room, as other reviewers had mentioned newly renovated rooms.
On the positive, the staff were friendly and responsive, and the airport shuttle was prompt and on schedule. A very nice perk to have. The continental breakfast is limited in options, but the bakery items and fruit were fresh and the coffee good!
