Great location, safe area, security guard and old school but modern hotel. Very spacious room. Only downfall outside the window you can hear the CTA but nothing an eye mask and ear plugs fix that.

Hotel was dirty and old. The sofa in our room was about 50 years old, no table to put anything on, the bathroom had a pedestal sink with no where to set anything and the view was a fire escape of another building. Canceled second night.

Old building and some outlets did not work. But the location was good and it was clean. There was a microwave, coffee maker and a mini fridge in the room. We could hear the trains but it wasnt bad.

I love a good budget hotel, this one was by far the worst one I have ever stayed in. The room was gross, loud, and had curtains that didn't fully close and let an obnoxious amount of light in. The sheets were exceptionally terrible, the bottom sheet didn't even fit on the bed. There are many better hotels in the area. Don't stay here.

The property was one had block to Grant Park. Lots of dining options. Clean rooms. Walkable to the cities sites. No parking at the hotel but there is a lot and garage across the street that was VERY expensive.

Although a little dated, the hotel is centrally located to attractions and had easy access to CTA. Good choice of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Lobby attached to nice breakfast restaurant and also Thai restaurant. Rooms are decent for age of hotel and quiet.

Nothing like the photos. Carpets were gross, next to the bed was a stain that looked suspicious. In the sheets, stains of what I believe was blood (looked like it when it dries).. anyway it shouldn't be stains in the bed sheets. Tube was clogged and all the room smelled damp. The staff was kind and nice to us all the time.

The property is run down beyond repair, everything is old outdated, little bit dirty, front desk is doing their best working with what they have. Rates are cheap, as long as you know the price will match the quality of the room, you are good to go.

The entrance was modern and nice. The service excellent and pleasant. The rooms were old with small windows. One had a wire hanging down across the outside of the window. the curtains were too short to cover the light coming through. It was clean but there were two dead little bugs on top of my bed cover.

Check in was very pleasant and quick. I booked this room based on price and it was the cheapest by far. Close to the EL so dealt with that but the room was clean and comfortable.

Though clean, there were two dead bugs on my bed. The entrance is modern looking and nice. The service is great. The rooms are of course old, have small windows with air conditioners in them and a curtain over the window and above the air conditioner, but left a gap with light coming in (so I used pillows to cover the gap). Wouldn't stay there again.

Loved the location and parking right outside the hotel. There’s a little breakfast restaurant and a sushi place as well so options for breakfast and lunch. I only wished the parking was included since paying $250 a night it’s quite expensive
