I loved the staff and front desk service was great. However the property is trash. It smells like chemical cleaners and damp carpet at the same time. The room I stayed in was facing the street and I can hear everything happening outside. The pillows were made of rock which made it better to sleep without them than using it.

The rooms were a lil old and outdated. The tv was also outdated. The water wasn’t very hot in the shower nor did it have very good pressure! But other than that staff was wonderful

City Staycation

Quiet, basic hotel. Very comfortable handicapp accessible room, low counters, light switches, microwave, refrigerator. Bed was a tad high. Shower handicapp accessible also with provided shower chairs. Shower could use slightly better canter towards drain as water runs out onto floor depending how long one showers. No grab bars near toilet, but towel racks at appropiate height for walker or wheelchair users.

Very spacious room! Late check out was available for a fee. Conveniently located close to Shedd Aquarium, united center, and more. No bar but baskin robbins, insomnia cookie, and liquor store on same block!
