Nice Apartment, But Completely Unresponsive Management – Requesting a Refund
We experienced two major issues during our stay that seriously impacted our comfort and safety, and unfortunately, the apartment manager was completely unresponsive and failed to provide any solution.On the very first day, we discovered a serious problem with the front door lock—it was broken and we couldn’t safely leave the apartment. A technician came and removed the lock entirely, promising to return the next day to fix it. He never came back, and the owner never followed up or provided any information.That same night, when we went to bed, we realized that the king-size bed was on the verge of collapsing—it has a metal frame that was completely unstable and about to break on half. It was unsafe to sleep in, so my husband and I had to sleep on the sofa. We immediately notified the owner, but he ignored our messages and never offered a solution. Since he stopped responding altogether, we were too afraid to use the bedroom for the remaining three nights, worried that the bed might break entirely and we would be blamed for it.I paid a premium price for this apartment specifically to have enough space and comfort for my family, and we ended up sleeping on a sofa for four nights. The apartment itself is beautiful and well-located, but there is clearly no proper maintenance or guest support in place.
