Love Trump Hotel, Chicago. The staff are very hospitable. The hotel is clean and attractive. I love the gym with floor to ceiling windows with a view of the city and all the extras in the gym such as cold washcloths, towels, and beverages. I look forward to trying Trump Hotels in other locations.

This was a bday celebration for my husband and I. First time at trump towers. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience. We booked an executive room on the 27th floor with a water view. Room was amazing! The treatment by the staff was subpar to say the least. When checking in we were greeted warmly and the concierge suggested there would be a DJ in rebar that evening until 2 am. We were excited to hear that. After an amazing dinner at Shaw’s we came back to the hotel to enjoy drink and dancing. We went to the restaurant (terrace) to get a drink & when we walked in we were told that they already did last call and that we had time for 1 drink - not the greeting we should have received… while waiting for the drink, 4 gentlemen walked in and were seated at a table with no mention of last call. We hurried through our drink and left to go to Rebar to enjoy the DJ. When arriving we grabbed a drink at the bar and went to take a seat at a table - we were approached upon sitting by a gentleman whom told us it was a private party (did not ask if we were invited - just assumed we weren’t) and that we could stand at a table but not sit. So the hotel we paid $800 for one night did not allow us to sit down to enjoy our evening but allowed the party guests who were not staying at the hotel to sit where ever they wanted-we rushed through our drink and left asap. Then to top the entire night - we were woken up at 5:30 am to people in hall that weren’t even guests. Worst experience in a 5 star
