I enjoyed my stay here, however, I feel like they have room for people who book through third party websites because there were minor problems in our room that I don’t feel like would have been an issue if we had booked through them directly. Our phone didn’t work in the room, the toilet didn’t flush completely and our shower overflowed onto the floor. We notified the front desk and they immediately sent an engineer up to look at it and the engineer thought it was bad enough for us to move rooms but after he spoke with the supervisor he came back to us and stated it wasn’t that bad so we ended up staying in the same room.

The first impression was great but it didnt last long. The front desk staff was nice professional. We got nice room with beautiful Lake view but elevators ruined the beautiful experience. We could hear loud noise of two elevators behind the wall that constanly were moving up an down. So we asked for a quiet room. The guy at the front desk did his best to find the one far from elevators. It was smaller but we didnt care because it was quiet unfortunately only until midnight. Guests in the next room didnt know how to „behave”. They were so loud that we could hear every single word and „ private things they were doing”. The staff should inform EVERY guest about respecting „guiet hours” . Not every quest is coming to hotel to have „fun”. We were tired after long trip and probably could sleep 2 hours total. I appreciate nice staff but they should have control over their rules. I will never come back or recommend this hotel, not for the price we paid.
