Very upgraded, impeccably clean and quiet room! Tea, coffee and water was a great plus. Comfortable bed was the best coming late from family gathering. Unfortunately valet was full but parking lot walk isn't bad and easy access.

The rooms were beautiful and clean! The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. At check-in, Yaz, welcomed and wished us well and answered all of our questions. Miguel was our waiter at the steakhouse and provided excellent service, great recommendations and made sure we felt special. Even the staff cleaning on our floor were friendly and wished us best luck.

My husband and I stayed here for a birthday staycation and it was the best decision. The room was immaculate, the food at Alto was some of the best we’ve had, and the service was top tier! Tangela (whom checked us in) and Anastasia (whom checked us out) were some of the most polite and professional women I’ve encountered in a long time! We are already planning another visit here!
