Staff were great and lovely feel to the place. Bit disappointed the room hadn’t been cleaned properly - old bag of crisps behind the bedside table, much on table, TV not tuned and didn’t work, bathroom light on the floor etc. But still a lovely stay and amazing staff and friendliness

Nice room when we got in it. Young staff who were landed with problems like computer for bookings going down and no back up. Room was clean but being on ground floor was very noisy from the people above moving around. Very little insulation. Young staff on again morning. Nice and pleasant but really needed some supervision. Tables in breakfast room had been laid up but not been cleaned/wiped down before hand and had stains and dirty marks on them. Told young staff who then came in wiped one empty table ignored the rest and left. Breakfast was not very nice. Toast did not even look toasted. As goodwood festival on no doubt paying a premium but overall @ £200 per night in normal circumstances definately not value for money. With a little more attention to detail and management could be really good
