The urbanization is closed, has two paddle courts, two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), large garden areas for walking. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15.

Press, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets a minute walk, and on the same path, in two more minutes is the beach and the promenade.
