Ive been to this property several times over the oast few tears, and seen the efforts put in to renovations. Our room this time had new bathroon suite, new flooring (laminate replacing carpet), i liked this, freshly painted throughout. I feel that the cabinet in the bathroom could have been changed too, and it looks as though they are working on replacing room furniture. The matresses were very comfortable. Big improvements noted.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations. We booked a room for four people, but upon arrival, we found that there was only one bed and no extra bedding provided for the additional guests. we had to request extra blankets and sheets, which took a considerable amount of time to arrive. The staff was polite but seemed overwhelmed and unable to address our needs promptly.

I stayed in this hotel 2 months ago. The automatic doors at the entrance and one elevator were not working... They still are not working. The toilet in our room was loose on its base and had issues flushing. The heat did not work at all. The mattress was so hard. This hotel is cheap for a reason...

I am writing to express my frustration with the service I received due to understaffing. When I asked for assistance, the receptionist was unhelpful. Moreover, my attempts to contact the front desk were unsuccessful as the line was consistently busy. As a result, I had to make four trips to the lobby with my infant. I requested an additional electric stove top, but the receptionist simply stated that he was busy, despite having only one person waiting after me. He provided several excuses, but my primary concern was replacing the stove top in my room to boil water for my baby's milk. Although he assured me that he would assist, I never received a follow-up. This incident occurred on April 20th between 7-8 pm.

March 31, 2025 This property is not what it looks like from the web site pictures. Staff were not helpful nor cared and property did not refund as they should have. Ceiling tiles in the bathroom were missing, broken and stained, space heaters were used to heat the room, entry door would not lock properly to secure belongings. The general condition of the was poor.

Property could definitely use a facelift and updates but you can’t beat the location and the price is adjusted accordingly. If you are looking for affordability and don’t plan on spending a lot of time in your room this fits the bill.
