TV didn’t work, head board in room had scrape marks in the fabric, looked terrible. Had king bed with 4 tiny miniture pillows. Room was extremly small, just enough room to walk on either side of bed. Dont think i will.go back if this is the room they give expedia customers.

An airport hotel should have airport shuttles - very poor. Also very large parking area yet. Barges a daily parking fee - Richmond sandman signature doea not - we will be booking there in future

Good location, easy parking. Staff was a hit and miss at the front desk on both Fri and Saturday night. Unfortunately, I had to phone the front desk a couple of times as teenagers were running the halls, stomping feet - it was a busy and noisy place including hearing the people above me. I have never experienced this much noise in a Sandman. I was missing glassware and nobody was the front desk so I helped myself to plastic glasses from the gym. I phoned early Saturday morning to get a couple of housekeeping items and was informed staff couldnt deliver for another hour ( this was at 7AM on a Saturday) and I was like fine to wait, however, nobody never came. Bathroom light was broke. Shower was OK... water was everywhere outside as there is no closing door to the glass partition and Im not a big person taking a shower.. LOL For the value - not sure if Id stay here or in a Sandman agan. I was surprised for being in a decent and clean Sandman the lack of humans running the place to be honest.

It was a good stay. I had a beautiful view of the mountains. The room was really nice. The only reason i docked one star for comfort was because all of the pillows were too hard.

The rooms nice and clean. The beds are quite comfortable. I didn’t care for the pillows. The showers amazing. I didn’t like that you can’t turn the TV off at night.

Paying so much extra for a kitchenette, I was hoping for a stove and a larger fridge. The only difference between this kitchenette and a basic room was a hot plate and dishes. If I would have known that, I would have brought my crock pot or air fryer. Instead, we had to stick to making means we could cook in a pot. Defeated the purpose. But thankful for comfy beds!
