The three large picture windows across the ground floor provide stunning views across the surrounding countryside from multiple aspects of the kitchen, sitting and dining room. Throughout the property, high quality furnishings create a luxurious feel, including a bespoke handcrafted walnut kitchen, original iron railings and custom made mattresses in every bedroom. Outside, the two private patios contain ample seating and a hot tub overlooking the communal gardens. Walnut Barn is a dog friendly property welcoming two dogs providing a perfect space to unwind with friends, family or colleagues!

Located in a secluded farmyard complex, Walnut Barn has access to the communal facilities including a courtyard with pagoda, boules, two BBQs, a multi-sports court featuring a moveable tennis net, two NBA-spec basketball hoops and two moveable football goals (this must be pre-booked, information on this can be found in the welcome letter)

The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants (aged 2 or under)

Ample off street parking is available in the shared car park

No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Walnut Barn has access to lovely communal gardens in addition to the private patios, guests are encouraged to enjoy these. It is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours
